#16 through #13

No. 27. Andretti Autosport, Honda. MARCO ANDRETTI. #16. [Last Race: 12th (-4)] — Marco Andretti was a backmarker at Gateway like he has been at a number of tracks lately. His best two finishes this season came as a result of pit strategy at Toronto and more than half the field wrecking at Texas. Driving for Andretti Autosport, consistent finishes outside the top 10 should not be what Andretti is recording.

[Last Race: 17th (+2)] — Despite the fact that he finished behind the driver he controversially blocked numerous times at Gateway, Charlie Kimball was still able to finish in 7th place for his fourth top 8 finish and his second best finish of the 2017 season. In a night where Chip Ganassi Racing’s dysfunction was echoed, Kimball surprisingly did not perform all that badly.. No. 83. Chip Ganassi Racing, Honda. CHARLIE KIMBALL. #15

No. 14. AJ Foyt Enterprises, Chevrolet. CARLOS MUNOZ. #14. [Last Race: 16th (+2)] — While he has not had great speed much this season, Carlos Munoz has surprisingly recorded five top 10 finishes, including two in a row at Pocono and Gateway. At Gateway, which was by far AJ Foyt Enterprises’ best race as a whole this season, he was up front for most of the night before ultimately ending up in 9th place.

#13. [Last Race: 18th (+5)] — Conor Daly proved what happens when he has a good race car at Gateway. He finished in a season-high and an oval career-high 5th place after mixing it up with the dominant Team Penske drivers late in the race. While he is still the lowest driver in the championship standings among those who have not missed a race this season, he has definitely proven he belongs in IndyCar long-term.. No. 4. AJ Foyt Enterprises, Chevrolet. CONOR DALY
