After the 15th of 20 races of the 2017 season at Malaysia, which drivers rank where in the Formula One driver power rankings?

With 15 races down this season, there are just five more races until the 2017 Formula One champion will be crowned at Abu Dhabi. Which drivers look the best as we head into the 16th race of the season in Japan?

Here are the updated Formula One driver power rankings following the action from Malaysia. Which drivers rank where after Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing’s victory?

NOTE:

The “Last Race” category includes each driver’s rankings in the previous edition of the Formula One driver power rankings.

Dropped from rankings:

Daniil Kvyat, Toro Rosso, Renault — (-4)

#20 and #19

Sauber. Ferrari. MARCUS ERICSSON. #20. [Last Race: 20th (-)] — LeBron James. Tom Brady. Stephen Curry. Bryce Harper. All of those athletes have scored as many points in Formula One as Marcus Ericsson has this year, and they haven’t even shown up at a race, much less sat in a cockpit and driven.

#19. [Last Race: 19th (-)] — Pascal Wehrlein has had almost an equally terrible 2017 season to his teammate driving for the under-powered Sauber team. But at least he has more points than LeBron James does in Formula One this year.. Sauber. Ferrari. PASCAL WEHRLEIN
