With so much talk surrounding recently crowned four-time Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton, let’s not forget about Sebastian Vettel.

Lewis Hamilton, 32, was recently crowned Formula One champion for the fourth time in his 11-year full-time career in the sport and for the third time in the last four seasons. There has been lots of talk surrounding Hamilton as potentially becoming the greatest Formula One driver of all-time if he is able to continue what he has been able to do as of late over the next few years.

But don’t let this talk distract you from Sebastian Vettel, 30, and what he has been able to do — and what he could still very well be on the verge of doing. At age 26, Lewis Hamilton had won one career Formula One championship, and he had won it three years ago. At the same age, Vettel was already a four-time champion, and he was the youngest driver to ever be able to say that about himself.

When Vettel won his first Formula One championship in the 2010 season, his third full-time season in the sport and second driving for Red Bull Racing, he became the youngest driver to ever do so. The following season in 2011, when he won 11 races, which tied Michael Schumacher for the 2nd highest total in a single season, he became the youngest driver to win two titles as well.
