Sam Bird was victorious in the seventh of 12 races of the 2017-2018 Formula E season, which was the 2018 CBMM Niobium Rome ePrix.

DS Virgin Racing’s Sam Bird took the checkered flag in front of the rest of the field for the second time in the 12-race 2017-2018 Formula E season so far, and he did so in the seventh race of the season, which was the 2018 CBMM Niobium Rome ePrix at the 21-turn, 2.86-kilometer (1.77-mile) Circuito cittadino dell’EUR in Rome, Italy.

How did Bird’s second victory of the season, which made him the third driver to win more than one race so far this season, affect the Formula E Driver Power Rankings? How are the rankings shaping up with just five races to go this season?

Because of the fact that Tom Blomqvist has been confirmed as a full-time driver for MS&AD Andretti and has now driven in the last five races for the team despite the fact that he did not start the season driving for the team, as Kamui Kobayashi drove for the team in the season’s first two races, he is now included in these rankings.

Also, because of the fact that Jose Maria Lopez has been confirmed as a full-time driver for Dragon and has now driven in the last five races for the team despite the fact that he did not start the season driving for the team, as Neel Jani drove for the team in the season’s first two races, he is now included in these rankings as well.

Here are the formulated Formula E Driver Power Rankings and the non-formulated Formula E Driver Power Rankings after the 2018 CBMM Niobium Rome ePrix. Both sets of rankings include 20 drivers as opposed to 18 as a result of the addition of both Blomqvist and Lopez.
