Nine races have been completed and 27 races remain on the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series schedule. Where do each of the sport’s full-time drivers rank relative to one another?

For the third consecutive NASCAR Cup Series race, Kyle Busch drove his #18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota to victory lane. He did so this time in the 2018 Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Virginia after doing so at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas two weeks ago and then Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee last week.

Busch’s win in this race was his third win of the season after he started off the season with no wins but four podium finishes, including three 2nd place finishes and one 3rd place finish, in the first six races.

At this point in the season, Busch is on a roll. He has not finished lower than 1st place since the race at Martinsville at the end of March, and he has not finished lower than 3rd since the race at Atlanta at the end of February.

While there are several other drivers who have been very solid as of late, Busch has been on another level and you can probably guess where he has (again) ended up in both sets of NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings.

How did the action from the most recent NASCAR Cup Series race in Richmond affect the NASCAR Driver Power Rankings? Here are the formulated NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings and the non-formulated NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings following the 2018 Toyota Owners 400.
