Brad Keselowski

It’s only a matter of time before Brad Keselowski finds victory lane again in the NASCAR Cup Series. If you had told me at the beginning of the year that the first 15 races of the season would be done and he would not yet have a victory, I would have had a very tough time believing you.

Last year’s race at Sonoma Raceway resulted in Keselowski’s best career finish at the track, and he will look to build on that success on Sunday. He is no stranger to success at road courses. He was able to string together three straight runner-up finishes at Watkins Glen International from 2011 to 2013. Whenever I see his name associated with road courses, it is hard not to flash back to the Watkins Glen finish in 2011.

Watkins Glen International and Sonoma Raceway are two very different tracks. However, both are road courses and both have seen Keselowski run the front. He scored an Xfinity Series win at Watkins Glen in 2013, and I feel that he has an even better chance of winning at Sonoma this year. His teammate Joey Logano already has a win in 2018 and it’s about time Keselowski earned one as well.
