NASCAR Truck Series: Driver Power Rankings after 2018 Eaton 200
By Mark Kristl
Conclusion
The Truck Series wraps up its four-race stretch at Chicagoland Speedway. Johnny Sauter won that race last year, although it served as the final race before the playoffs. There are currently six remaining races before the playoffs begin.

Those six races feature a variety of tracks. Chicagoland Speedway and Kentucky Speedway are 1.5-mile tracks. Eldora Speedway is a 0.5-mile dirt track. Pocono Raceway is nicknamed the Tricky Triangle and is a 2.5-mile track.
Michigan International Speedway is a fast 2.0-mile track. The last track that hosts a race before the Truck Series playoffs is the 0.533-mile Bristol Motor Speedway. As the world’s fastest half-mile track, that track hosting a race will be a fantastic way to conclude the Truck Series regular season.
As noted, Brett Moffitt tweeted his odds of racing at Chicagoland Speedway are not good. If he does not compete, he will be ineligible for the playoffs. That would alter the playoff cut line. Of course, if a driver outside the playoffs at the moment wins, that would also alter the playoff standings. Things will certainly be interesting as the season progresses.
