It’s the best time of the year, folks! Playoff time! Join me as I make my official predictions for the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series playoffs!

It’s time! Playoff time, that is! For the last 30 weeks, we’ve been awaiting the start of the playoffs, where 16 drivers will battle it out over 10 weeks to be crowned 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion!

For the last few months, I’ve had the honor of discussing my favorite sport with you, and today is one of my favorite topics to discuss every year. Today I’ll give you my official playoff predictions!

Over my first few years of predicting, I’ll admit I haven’t batted well. I usually call at least two of the Championship 4, but I have only guessed the champion twice in the four years of the new playoff format. Nonetheless, this is a topic that I absolutely love! There’s nothing like rolling the dice and hoping for the best.

Throughout the next few slides, I’ll discuss the four drivers who will be eliminated after each round. At the end of the slide, I’ll refresh you on who transfers.

As a reminder, here are the 16 drivers in the playoffs: Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Martin Truex Jr., Brad Keselowski, Clint Bowyer, Joey Logano, Kurt Busch, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, Erik Jones, Austin Dillon, Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin, Aric Almirola, Jimmie Johnson and Alex Bowman.

This is one post that you’ll want to read until the end! After all, don’t you want to know who I believe will win this years championship? Okay, I’ll stop flapping my gums now. Let’s get to predicting!
