Leavine Family Racing
- Matt DiBenedetto is set to return to the NASCAR Cup Series for his fifth season as a full-time driver in the sport and his first season driving for Leavine Family Racing. He is set to drive the #95 Toyota.
Obaika Racing
- Tanner Berryhill is set to return to the NASCAR Cup Series for his second overall season in the sport, his second overall season driving for Obaika Racing, his first season as a full-time driver and his first season as a full-time driver for the team. He is set to drive the #97 Toyota.
Premium Motorsports
- Ross Chastain is set to return to the NASCAR Cup Series for his third overall season in the sport, his third overall season driving for Premium Motorsports, his first season as a full-time driver and his first season as a full-time driver for the team. He is set to drive the #15 Chevrolet, but he will not be eligible to earn points as a result of the fact that he is set to drive full-time and earn points in the Xfinity Series this season.
Richard Childress Racing
- Austin Dillon is set to return to the NASCAR Cup Series for his ninth overall season in the sport, his eighth overall season driving for Richard Childress Racing, his sixth season as a full-time driver and his sixth season as a full-time driver for the team. He is set to drive the #3 Chevrolet.
- Daniel Hemric has never competed in the NASCAR Cup Series before, but that is set to change this season. He is set to drive the #8 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet.
Richard Petty Motorsports
- Darrell Wallace Jr. is set to return to the NASCAR Cup Series for his third overall season in the sport, his third overall season driving for Richard Petty Motorsports, his second season as a full-time driver and his second season as a full-time driver for the team. He is set to drive the #43 Chevrolet.
