Following the second race of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season, the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, at Atlanta Motor Speedway, how do the sport’s 32 full-time drivers stack up against one another?

Team Penske’s Brad Keselowski joined Joe Gibbs Racing’s Denny Hamlin on the short list of NASCAR Cup Series race winners so far in the 2019 season by winning the season’s second race, the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Hamlin, meanwhile, opened up the season by winning the 61st annual Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway in his #11 Toyota.

Keselowski led only 33 laps of the 325-lap race around the four-turn, 1.54-mile (2.478-kilometer) high-banked Atlanta Motor Speedway oval in Hampton, Georgia, but he led lap 325 and held off a hard-charging #19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota driven by Martin Truex Jr. to do so.

Keselowski earned this victory despite the fact that he battled through a stomach illness throughout the entire race weekend that caused his status for the race to be questionable. In fact, Team Penske Xfinity Series driver Austin Cindric was on standby as his potential replacement behind the wheel of the #2 Ford on the day of the race, but he ended up not being needed.

How did the action from Atlanta Motor Speedway affect the NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings? Here are the non-formulated NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings following the second race of the season.
