#5 through #1

MATT CRAFTON. #5. Matt Crafton snagged the stage one victory to earn his second playoff point of this season, and he appears to be on the verge of breaking through in the win column. He spent the entire M&M’s 200 racing inside the top 10. While he wanted to win but had to settle for seventh, he enjoyed his Father’s Day anyway, as he tweeted a photo of him and his daughter with the caption “Beyond thankful to be this little girl’s father.”. No. 88, ThorSport Racing. Ford, LW: 6

#4. Grant Enfinger raced inside the top five all race, so it’s no surprise that he earned the third highest point total among all drivers in the M&M’s 200. He is the series championship standings leader, although he has only scored one playoff point. With continual speed in his #98 ThorSport Racing Ford, he will soon challenge for wins.. No. 98, ThorSport Racing. Ford, LW: 3. GRANT ENFINGER

Chevrolet, LW: 5. BRETT MOFFITT. #3. After being declared the winner of the M&M’s 200, Brett Moffitt tweeted, “The victory beers still taste damn good.” With Ross Chastain’s disqualification, Moffitt became the first winner in NASCAR history to win a race without leading a single lap. Now he can concentrate on leading more laps, earning more playoff points, and winning more races as he prepares to compete in the Truck Series playoffs with a chance to win back-to-back championships.. No. 24, GMS Racing

Toyota, LW: 2. AUSTIN HILL. #2. Remarkably, even though Johnny Sauter intentionally spun Austin Hill during a caution flag period, Hill finished on the lead lap in 12th place. What that proved is that he did not get rattled after that incident. He has run well lately, and he expressed his displeasure with Sauter’s move after the race. Regardless of NASCAR’s decision about Sauter, Hill earned my respect after the M&M’s 200.. No. 16, Hattori Racing Enterprises

No. 13, ThorSport Racing. Ford, LW: 1. JOHNNY SAUTER. #1. Truthfully, NASCAR has a tough situation to deal with regarding Johnny Sauter. He intentionally drove off pit road to wreck Austin Hill, and NASCAR rightfully immediately parked him. He has not shown any remorse, which may hurt his case. NASCAR could suspend him, but could they exclude him from the playoffs? Yes, he used his #13 Ford as a weapon, but he legitimately already won a race this season. The fate of his playoff hopes remains unknown at the moment, and so does his perch atop the power rankings.
