Following Simon Pagenaud’s third victory of the 2019 IndyCar season, which drivers rank where in the IndyCar Driver Power Rankings?

Team Penske’s Simon Pagenaud earned his third victory of the 2019 IndyCar season to continue his bounce-back season following a year during which he failed to win a single race, and he did so by dominating the 17-race season’s 11th race, the Honda Indy Toronto, at Exhibition Place.

Pagenaud’s victory in this 85-lap race around the 11-turn, 1.786-mile (2.874-kilometer) temporary street circuit on the streets of Exhibition Place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada tied him atop the wins list with teammate Josef Newgarden this season.

Pagenaud also won both races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the IndyCar Grand Prix at the track’s road course and the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 at the track’s oval.

Only Andretti Autosport’s Alexander Rossi has won multiple races this season aside of Pagenaud Newgarden. He won the race on the streets of Long Beach, California as well as the race at Road America.

The other three drivers who have won one race so far this season are Harding Steinbrenner Racing rookie Colton Herta, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Takuma Sato and Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon.

How did the action from Exhibition Place affect the IndyCar Driver Power Rankings? Here are the non-formulated IndyCar Driver Power Rankings following the Honda Indy Toronto.
