NASCAR: Every track from the 2010s that is no longer on the schedule

Nashville Superspeedway
Nashville Superspeedway is a 1.333-mile (2.145-kilometer) oval in Lebanon, Tennessee which hosted Xfinity Series, Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series, NTT IndyCar Series, and Indy Lights races. Only the Xfinity Series and Truck Series raced there in the 2010s.
From 2002 to 2011, Nashville Superspeedway hosted two Xfinity Series races per year after hosting one in 2001. Carl Edwards swept both races there in 2011 and won five races there in total. Jason Keller competed in 18 of the 21 races held there but his best finish was a second place result in his debut at the track in April of 2001.
A total of 13 Truck Series races took place at Nashville Superspeedway and Austin Dillon won the final race held there in 2011. Interestingly, the last four winners there won from the pole position. Kyle Busch and Johnny Benson Jr. hold the record for most Truck Series wins there with two each.
After failing to secure a Cup Series race date, Dover Motorsports Inc. announced that Nashville Superspeedway would no longer host any NASCAR races starting in 2012. The ownership upgraded the track, but Cup Series races at nearby Bristol Motor Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway and Kentucky Speedway proved to be too stiff of competition.
Parcels of property around Nashville Superspeedway have been sold and the ownership of those parcels has developed logistics and distribution centers. As for the track itself, it is still used by driving schools among other rentals.
NASCAR no longer races in Nashville, and the city’s Board of Fair Commissioners recently terminated its contract with the Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville promoters. NASCAR racing in the Music City appears to be a dream more than a reality as the 2010s decade is at its end.
