#8 and #7

#8. . No. 42. Chip Ganassi Racing, Chevrolet. KYLE LARSON

“Finally” was the word most used on NASCAR social media sites when Kyle Larson won at Dover International Speedway in October after going more than two years without a win in a drought that began during his four-win 2017 season. Larson still managed to finish in a career-high sixth place in the 2019 championship standings. Just imagine what he can do if he starts winning more regularly again like he did in 2017 and if he can couple that with a decent showing in the playoffs like he did in 2019.

No. 12. Team Penske, Ford. RYAN BLANEY. #7.

Ryan Blaney saved his best for last in the 2019 season, nearly qualifying for the Championship 4 with a round of 8 in which his average finish was an impressive 5.33. But unfortunately, it was too little too late because of his lack of playoff points. He still ended up in a career-high seventh place in the championship standings, so if he can take that step forward and finally compete at the front more consistently, he could very well make Team Penske the lone Cup Series team with a lineup consisting 100% of champions.
