NASCAR: Which Tracks Will Be SAFER In 2016?

Following Kyle Busch’s crash in the Xfinity Series event at Daytona in February of 2015, almost every track on which the three NASCAR touring series compete pledged to make safety improvements to their facilities. Many of those improvements included the installation of additional SAFER barriers around their facilities, and in some cases, tire barriers. Some facilities began immediately, putting improvements into play for subsequent 2015 events while others pledged completion prior to the 2016 racing season.
As of January 1, 2016, which tracks have lived up to the commitments they made?
Which have not?
