HOT – Kyle Busch

You don’t have to go much further in the garage area after the No. 11 team to come across Kyle Busch and the No. 18 team. Busch has been on fire as of late having finished 2nd in three of his last four races. The only blip that he has had in the last month was his 28th place finish at the Coke 400 which is you remember involved a 16-car wreck and then a 26-car wreck. Consistency is something that could not have come at a better time for Busch and his team. With a chase spot already secured (for the most part) the team needs to focus on running well in races in which they are not winning. In years past Busch has won a lot of races but has not been consistent whilst not winning. Granted, this has only been a few weeks but it’s a huge step in the right direction. If Busch can win a race in the chase and be consistent like this for the others, he has a great shot at winning a championship in 2014.
