Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates: (B)

Kyle Larson

Expecations were high for Kyle Larson in 2015 after a terrific 2014 season. Unfortunately, Larson has yet to deliver in his Sophomore season. In 10 races (Larson missed one race) he only has three top-10 finishes. In those 10 races he also has five finishes of 25th or worse. Larson needs to correct the ship and get things going after the All-Star weekend if he wants to win and make his way into the chase.

GRADE: C+

Jamie McMurray

McMurray is having himself a solid season after 11 races. Not only is McMurray inside of the top-10 in points but he has found the consistency that he and his teams lacked in 2014. In 11 races he has eight top-15 finishes including six consecutive. McMurray came close to winning earlier this season but was outdone by Kevin Harvick (no shame there). Good things will continue to come for this team if he keeps running where he has been.
