Firecracker Dog -Daytona

Daytona International Speedway

Daytona is probably the most known track in the country and it also happens to feature one of the broadest selctions of foods aside from the generic items expected to be sold. Below is a look at what Daytona is offering their fans in 2015.

  • Prime Rib Sandwich (New This Year!) – Carved right in front of fans, dipped in au jus, and topped with horseradish. Served with kettle chips .
  • Firecracker Dog –100% beef sirloin hot dog topped with housemade jalapeno coleslaw, and pepper relish for an extra kick.
  • Triple Decker Grilled Cheese (New This Year!) – Three slices of bread, four cheeses, bacon, and tomato.
  • Pastrami Swiss Burger (New This Year!) – 100% beef burger topped with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, and coleslaw.
  • Pizza Panini (New This Year!) – Pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce pressed fresh on a ciabatta.
