NASCAR: The Five Most Frustrating Types Of Fans

6 of 6

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

No. 1 Driver haters

We all have our favorite drivers that we follow every weekend, but we all also have a driver that we hope wont claim victory that weekend as well. While this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, some fans take it a little too far.

These fans are known as “driver haters”. Not only do these fans root against your favorite driver, they make your life a living hell for supporting your favorite driver. Like the bubble fans, they flock to social media to bully you about which driver you support and even leave lengthy comments detailing how much they hate your favorite driver. These fans also love to nitpick at drivers accomplishments and their current season.

For example, whenever your favorite driver gets a well deserved win, they desperately try to find a way to minimize and take away from the glory of the win. I honestly think that these fans have no lives and just stalk message boards and comment sections all day. For those of you that fall into this category of fan hood, please remember, it’s a sport to be enjoyed, not something to stress you out and cause you to hurt other people.
