Winning the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series title will allow one driver to make history this season in the Chase. However, that moment in NASCAR history will not come until the final race of the Chase which will take place in Homestead-Miami.
As the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series motors towards Miami there will be plenty of other history out there to be made. Often time NASCAR fans can get lost in the allure of their driver winning a title (or not winning a title) and some of the smaller moments can be lost as a result.
