For fans, NASCAR is all about favorites. Favorite track, favorite driver, favorite year of the sport, and sometimes even your favorite race commentators. With that being said, it should come as no surprise that fans would have a list in their head of drivers that they simply cannot stand.
It could have to do with the way a driver carries themselves before or after a race, it could be that listening to a driver stutter and stammer through an interview feels like the equivalent of getting a tooth pulled, or maybe it’s the fact that they portray a squeaky clean image when every fan knows their true tendencies on the track.
In honor of these fans and countless others, we take a look at the top-five most annoying drivers currently in the Sprint Cup Series. The list will include present drivers, why the driver is so annoying, and a few of their most annoying moments throughout their careers.
