Martinsville always provides entertaining action for NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Series and that was the case again on Sunday. Check out a few winners and losers from the STP 500.

After an off week, NASCAR returned to action at Martinsville Speedway for the STP 500. Coming into the race, four drivers (Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski, Kevin Harvick) already had wins and positions clinched in the Chase.

One more driver was added to that group as Kyle Busch capped off a dominant day with a dominant win. After leading 352 laps and barely dropping out of the top-5 over the course of the race, Busch was able to capture his first Cup Series win at the track after capturing his first win ever there just a day earlier in the Camping World Truck Series race.

A few overlooked drivers were able to put together solid days as AJ Allmendinger (2nd), Kyle Larson (3rd), Austin Dillon (4th), Brian Vickers (7th) and Paul Menard (8th) all logged top-10 finishes.

One notable exception to the top-10 was Denny Hamlin, who finished in 39th after a wheel-hop ended his day. Afterwards, Hamlin called the incident “a little embarrassing.” He was the defending champion of the race and had five wins at the paperclip under his belt before today.

Check out a few winners and losers from Martinsville.
