No. 10 – Germain Racing

  • Previous Week: N/A
  • Auto Club Results: Ty Dillon (18th)

Ty Dillon has been good (not great) through five races this season in the No. 13 machine. After finishing 30th in the Daytona 500, Dillon has been inside of the top-21 each of the next four races. Will top-21 finishes win him a championship or a bunch of races?

Most likely not.

However top-21 finishes could put Dillon in a position to make the playoffs once the regular season comes to a close. Moreover, Dillon has shown more speed this season in the No. 13 machine than Casey Mears did in 2016. There have been a couple of races this season in which Dillon was looking quick and running inside of the top-15 and top-10.

This weekend in Martinsville Dillon will look for his first top-10 finish of the season and his NASCAR Cup Series career.
