Justin Haley earned a win ahead of his first Camping World Truck Series start at Pocono in the ARCA Racing Series on Friday night.

More from ARCA

The tricky triangle of Pocono Raceway plays host to the ARCA Racing Series Presented By Menards twice per year, once in June and once in July. Riley Herbst was a first-time winner among the rising stars in June, and on Friday night in the Pocono Mountains, Justin Haley took a win in preparation for tomorrow’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at the facility.

Haley, who held off the former winner at the tricky triangle Herbst for the win on Friday, drove the #78 car for Mason Mitchell Motorsports to victory lane. He was forced to race head to head against his GMS Racing teammate Kaz Grala, who were on opposite sides of the fence for this race. Grala drove for MDM Motorsports in ARCA, as both drivers hoped to gain some valuable experience before the Pocono Mountains 150 on Saturday.

Coming home behind Haley was Riley Herbst in second for Joe Gibbs Racing and Zane Smith for Venturini Motorsports, making it an all-Toyota top 3. Kaz Grala and Dalton Sargeant rounded out the top 5.
