How Brad Keselowski makes it to Homestead-Miami

Brad Keselowski currently sits in the best spot in the playoff standings of the remaining drivers looking to make the next round. As long as he can finish in a decent spot on Sunday and none of the other four remaining Round of 8 drivers win, he will be the last driver to clinch at spot in the Championship 4.

If the March Phoenix race is any indicator, Brad Keselowski will be in good shape on Sunday. Keselowski finished in 5th place in March and if he finishes in the same spot or better this weekend, that without question will get him into the Championship 4 if none of the other four drivers win. He has a 19-point lead over Denny Hamlin and 22-point lead over Ryan Blaney.

If I were Keselowski, I would be pushing hard to win on Sunday. Fortunately, Keselowski was the highest finisher of the five drivers left standing in the March race. However, this race has way more on the line and you can be sure that drivers will be pushing even harder now than they were in March.
