Formula One drivers driving for different teams in 2018 season

There have been several changes between the 2017 Formula One season and the 2018 season. Which drivers will be driving for different teams?
With the 2018 Formula One season right around the corner, as the Australian Grand Prix, which is set to start the season, is just days away, now is the time to familiarize yourself with the few drivers who will be driving for different teams in 2018.
There were a few changes between the 2017 and 2018 Formula One seasons that have resulted in a few drivers heading to drive for different teams in the upcoming season. Let’s have a look at these changes that are set to affect the full-time drivers set to drive this season.
At Alfa Romeo Sauber, Charles Leclerc, 20, is set to replace Pascal Wehrlein, 23. Leclerc won the Formula 2 championship last season. He has test driven in Formula One before, but he has never driven in a Formula One race.

At Williams Martini Racing, Sergey Sirotkin, 22, is set to replace the recently retired Felipe Massa, 36. Sirotkin drove in two Formula 2 races last season, as he was not a full-time driver. He has test driven in Formula One before, but he has never driven in a Formula One race.
At Renault Sport, Carlos Sainz Jr., 23, is set to replace Jolyon Palmer, 27. Sainz Jr. previously drove in Formula One for Scuderia Toro Rosso. He began his Formula One career with the team in the 2015 season and drove for them until making the early switch to Renault with four races left in the 2017 season.
At Toro Rosso, Brendon Hartley, 28, is set to replace Sainz Jr. Hartley drove for Toro Rosso in the final four races of the 2017 season as Sainz Jr.’s replacement since Sainz Jr. had left the team early to replace Palmer at Renault. Pierre Gasly, 22, is set to replace Daniil Kvyat, 23. Gasly drove in five of the final six races in the 2017 season as Kvyat’s replacement.
