Brad Keselowski

Of the notable drivers who have not yet won a race in the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series season, Brad Keselowski is perhaps the most surprising. Currently sitting in sixth place in the championship standings, the driver of the #2 Team Penske Ford is all but locked into a playoff spot. However, he has been unable to make that official by securing a victory this year.

Team Penske have had a ton of speed this year much like the sport’s other top Ford team, Stewart-Haas Racing. However, Stewart-Haas Racing have earned seven victories so far in 2018, while Team Penske have earned just one. That one victory was earned by Joey Logano in his #22 Ford at Talladega Superspeedway.

For quite some time, it has seemed like Keselowski is due. After winning two of the first six races last season and finishing in the top five in three of the other four, he won just one of the season’s final 28 races. However, even with that being the case, he still managed to get into the Championship 4.

Now Keselowski has just one victory in the last 47 races, which is something that has not been the case for him since his second season driving for Team Penske back in 2011. It seems like only a matter of time before he wins again, but it has seemed like that for quite some time. The fact that he has had so much success without winning a race yet this season makes the fact that he hasn’t won that much more surprising. When will he finally get back to victory lane?
