How do the 20 full-time Formula 1 driver stack up against one another with more than half of the 2018 season having now been completed?

The German Grand Prix was the 11th race of the 21-race 2018 Formula 1 season, meaning that the season is now officially more than halfway complete. Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport’s Lewis Hamilton won the race for his fourth victory of the year thus far.

Hamilton won the 67-lap race around the 17-turn, 2.842-mile (4.574-kilometer) Hockenheimring in Am Motodrom, Hockenheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany after starting all the way back in 14th place.

Prior to the German Grand Prix, no driver had won a Formula 1 race after starting as far back as 14th place since Fernando Alonso won the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix after starting in 15th.

Hamilton’s victory, which was the 66th of his Formula 1 career, ties him with Scuderia Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel for the most victories among all drivers this season. Vettel appeared to be well on his way to his fifth victory of the year, as he was leading the German Grand Prix with just 16 laps to go, but the rain began to fall and Vettel lost control of his car before running into the turn 12 barrier.

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing teammate Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen are the only other two drivers who have won at least one race so far in 2018. Ricciardo has won two races while Verstappen has won one.

How did Hamilton’s 66th career Formula 1 victory and the rest of the action from the German Grand Prix affect the Formula 1 Driver Power Rankings?
