The final race of the round of 12, the second round of the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs, is the Hollywood Casino 400. Here is the entry list for this race.

Just five races remain in the 10-race 2018 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs, and this Sunday’s race, the Hollywood Casino 400, at Kansas Speedway is the third and final race of the second of four rounds in the playoffs, the round of 12.

Just two drivers, Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott and Stewart-Haas Racing’s Aric Almirola, have locked themselves into the third round of the playoffs, the round of 8, as each won one of the first two races of the round of 12.

This means that the other 10 round of 12 drivers, of whom none have point totals that are guaranteed to get them into the round of 8, will be battling to clinch one of the six remaining round of 8 berths in this Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400.

A total of 40 drivers are entered in this 267-lap race around the four-turn, 1.5-mile (2.414-kilometer) Kansas Speedway oval in Kansas City, Kansas, which also hosted the KC Masterpiece 400 back in mid-May.

More from NASCAR Cup Series

Of the first 31 races of the season, just 13 featured full fields of 40 drivers. That said, eight of the last nine races have featured full fields of 40 drivers, with the only race that did not do so being the opening round of 12 race at Dover International Speedway earlier this month. This race featured 39 drivers.

Of these 40 drivers, 29 are full-time drivers who have competed in each of the 31 races that have been contested so far this season while 11 are part-time drivers. Of the 29 full-time drivers, 12 are round of 12 drivers and four are playoff drivers who have already been eliminated from championship contention. The other 13 full-time drivers are drivers who failed to qualify for the playoffs. Of the 11 part-time drivers, all 11 have made at least one start so far this season.

Here is a list of the 11 part-time drivers who are set to compete alongside the 29 full-time drivers in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway on Sunday, October 21.
