Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch, Team Penske’s Joey Logano, Furniture Row Racing’s Martin Truex Jr. and Stewart-Haas Racing’s Kevin Harvick are set to enter the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series season finale, the Ford EcoBoost 400, with a chance to win this year’s championship.

Before the 267-lap race around the four-turn, 1.5-mile (2.414-kilometer) Homestead-Miami Speedway oval in Homestead, Florida takes place, let’s have a look at how each of these four drivers have fared at Homestead-Miami Speedway over the course of their respective Cup Series careers.

Kyle Busch

Over the course of his NASCAR Cup Series career, Kyle Busch has competed in a total of 13 races at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He has earned one victory, three top five finishes, six top 10 finishes and eight top 20 finishes in these 13 races. His lone victory at the track took place in the 2015 season, and it secured him the 2015 championship.

Logano has failed to finished one of the nine races in which he has competed at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He started from the pole position at the track for one race, the 2012 race.

Martin Truex Jr.

His lone victory at the track took place in the 2017 season, and it secured him the 2017 championship.

His average finish in these 13 races is 11.46, which is the second best average finish at the track among the four Championship 4 drivers. He has never started a race at the track from the pole position.

Kevin Harvick

Over the course of his NASCAR Cup Series career, Kevin Harvick has competed in a total of 17 races at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He has earned one victory, nine top five finishes, 15 top 10 finishes and 17 top 20 finishes in these 17 races. His lone victory at the track took place in the 2014 season, and it secured him the 2014 championship.

His average finish in these 17 races is 6.46, which is by far the best average finish at the track among the four Championship 4 drivers. He started from the pole position at the track for one race, the 2016 race.
