NASCAR Cup Series: 2019 stage lengths revealed
By Asher Fair
The stage lengths for the 36 races that make up the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series schedule have been revealed. Since last season, nothing has changed.
The same 36 races and the same 24 tracks that were on the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series schedule are on the 2019 schedule, which you can see here, and they are on the scheduled in the same exact order that they were on it last season.
Unsurprisingly, the same stage lengths that were used for these 36 races are set to be used again for each of them in the 2019 season.
The 2019 season is set to be the third overall season and the third consecutive season for stage racing in the Cup Series and in NASCAR as a whole, as stages were introduced ahead of the 2017 season.

Here are the stage lengths for the 36 races on this year’s schedule.
Of these 36 races, 35 are made up of three stages. The only one that isn’t is the May race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
This is the case because of the fact that this race, the Coca-Cola 600, is the season’s longest race at 600 miles in length.
NOTE: The numbers included in these lists are the laps on which the stages end. They are not how long each stage lasts, nor are they the mileage of the races.
