Truex Jr.’s victory in this 400-lap race around the four-turn, 1.0-mile (1.609-kilometer) high-banked Dover International Speedway oval in Dover, Delaware was Joe Gibbs Racing’s series-high seventh victory already this season, and this season is not even one-third of the way completed.
Only two other teams, Team Penske and Hendrick Motorsports, have won any races so far this season. Team Penske have won three races so far in 2019 while Hendrick Motorsports have won one.
