How do the Formula 1 Team Power Rankings look following Mercedes’ controversial Canadian Grand Prix victory at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve?

Scuderia Ferrari appeared to have their first victory of the 2019 Formula 1 season heading their way in the season’s seventh race, the Canadian Grand Prix, but a five-second time penalty that was issued to Sebastian Vettel, who crossed the finish line in first place, prevented this from being the case.

Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport’s Lewis Hamilton ended up being classified as the winner of this race ahead of Ferrari teammates Vettel and Charles Leclerc in second and third place, respectively, despite the fact that he crossed the finish line in second place.

On a positive note for Ferrari, this race resulted in their first double podium finish and Mercedes’ first non-double podium finish of the season.
