NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings after 2019 FireKeepers Casino 400

With 15 of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season’s 36 scheduled races in the books, how do the NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings look?
Team Penske’s Joey Logano took the checkered flag as the winner of the 2019 FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway to become the first driver to win a NASCAR Cup Series race after starting from the pole position in nearly 11 months.
Logano’s victory in this 203-lap race, which was scheduled to be a 200-lap race before a late incident sent it into overtime, around the four-turn, 2.0-mile (3.219-kilometer) Michigan International Speedway oval in Brooklyn, Michigan was his second victory of the season and his first victory since he won the season’s third race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway back in early March.
With this victory, Logano became the fifth driver to win multiple races so far this season, and he made Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott the only driver who has been victorious this season but has not won multiple races.
Logano is now tied for fourth place on the 2019 wins list with Joe Gibbs Racing’s Denny Hamlin. They trail Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin, who have earned four victories and three victories, respectively, as well as Team Penske’s Brad Keselowski, who has also earned three. The FireKeepers Casino 400 is the sixth consecutive race after which six drivers are on the wins list this year.
