How do the full-time IndyCar drivers stack up against one another in the IndyCar Driver Power Rankings following Alexander Rossi’s dominant victory at Road America?

Andretti Autosport’s Alexander Rossi was in his own league in the REV Group Grand Prix at Road America, the 10th race on the 17-race IndyCar schedule, en route to a dominant victory that resulted in a winning margin that was the largest in any IndyCar race over the course of the last decade.

Rossi’s dominant victory in this 55-lap race around the 14-turn, 4.048-mile (6.515-kilometer) Road America natural terrain road course in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin was his second victory of the season, and it was his second dominant victory of the season.

In fact, it is quite rare for Rossi to win a race that he hasn’t dominated; he literally hasn’t done it since earning the first victory of his career in the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway three years ago.

He earned his first dominant victory of the 2019 season back in mid-April in the season’s fourth race on the streets of Long Beach, California. Aside of Rossi, only two drivers have won multiple races this season. Team Penske teammates Josef Newgarden and Simon Pagenaud have earned three victories and two victories, respectively, so far in 2019.

How did the action from Road America affect the IndyCar Driver Power Rankings? Here are the non-formulated IndyCar Driver Power Rankings following Rossi’s second victory of the 2019 season and the rest of the action from the season’s 10th race.
