The field is set to be full for the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series regular season finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard.

All but one of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series regular season’s 26 races are behind us, and the 26th and final race before the four-round, 10-race playoffs commence is scheduled to take place this Sunday, September 8.

This race is the Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard, more commonly known as the Brickyard 400, at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The field is set to be full for this race, as 40 drivers, including 33 full-time drivers and seven full-time drivers, are set to compete in it.

So far this season, five races have featured full fields of 40 drivers. The most recent race to feature 40 drivers was the race at Daytona International Speedway in early July.

Of the 33 full-time drivers who are set to compete in this Sunday afternoon’s 160-lap race around the four-turn, 2.5-mile (4.023-kilometer) Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval in Speedway, Indiana, 32 have competed in each of the season’s first 25 races and 31 are eligible to score Cup Series points.

Premium Motorsports’ Ross Chastain is the only full-time driver who has not compete in every race so far this season, as he missed the June race in Michigan International Speedway. Chastain and StarCom Racing’s Landon Cassill are the only full-time drivers who are ineligible to score Cup Series points.

While the field is set to be full for this race, there will be no bumping, as the driver total on the entry list does not exceed the maximum capacity for the race. That said, it is still worth noting which of the seven part-time drivers are set to drive for chartered teams and which drivers are not.

Set to drive for chartered teams are Petty Ware Racing’s B.J. McLeod, Rick Ware Racing’s Garrett Smithley and Spire Motorsports’ Reed Sorenson. Set to drive for non-chartered teams are Premium Motorsports’ Ryan Sieg, Rick Ware Racing’s J.J. Yeley, Gaunt Brothers Racing’s Parker Kligerman and a separate Rick Ware Racing driver who has not yet been named.

Here is a list of the 40 drivers who are set to compete in the 2019 Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
