Sebastian Vettel took his second pole position of the 2019 Formula 1 season for the season’s 17th race at Suzuka Circuit, the Japanese Grand Prix.

Scuderia Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc saw his four-race pole position streak come to an end in the qualifying session for the 21-race 2019 Formula 1 season’s 17th race, the Japanese Grand Prix, at Suzuka Circuit.

But Ferrari still had their way, as it was Sebastian Vettel who secured his second pole position of the season and his first since the Canadian Grand Prix back in June.

Vettel took the pole position for this 53-lap race around the 18-turn, 3.609-mile (5.808-kilometer) Suzuka Circuit road course in Suzuka, Mie Prefecture, Japan by recording a track record lap time of 87.064 seconds (149.228 miles per hour) in the third and final round of qualifying for this race.

He led a front row Ferrari sweep, as Leclerc qualified in second place.
