Max Verstappen took his pole position of the 2019 Formula 1 season and of his Formula 1 career for the season’s penultimate race, the Brazilian Grand Prix, at Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace.

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen thought he had taken his second pole position of the 2019 Formula 1 season and of his Formula 1 career for the Mexican Grand Prix at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez three weeks ago, but he was penalized following the qualifying session and demoted to fourth place on the starting grid.

This time, however, there was no stopping the 22-year-old Dutchman.

Verstappen took the pole position for the penultimate race of the 21-race 2019 season, the Brazilian Grand Prix, at Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, roughly three and half months after taking his first career pole position for the Hungarian Grand Prix at the Hungaroring.
