Going into the 2020 NASCAR season, there are 19 full-time drivers who have wins in the Cup Series. Here are five drivers who could join them and score their first career victories this year.

Heading into the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series season, there are a total of 19 full-time drivers who have been victorious at some point throughout their careers. That leaves roughly half of the field  still searching for career win number one.

There have been a few first-time winners the past few years. In 2016, Chris Buescher won at Pocono Raceway and Kyle Larson won at Michigan International Speedway.

Then in 2017, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won at Talladega Superspeedway, Austin Dillon won at Charlotte Motor Speedway and Ryan Blaney won at Pocono Raceway

The year 2018 saw Chase Elliott win at Watkins Glen International and Erik Jones win at Daytona International Speedway. Most recently in 2019, Alex Bowman won at Chicagoland Speedway and Justin Haley won at Daytona International Speedway.

The year 2020 brings a lot of star power without wins into good equipment. This will lead to many hard-fought battles at the end of races to get career win number one at NASCAR’s highest level.

Here are five drivers who can get their first win in 2020.
