How do the NASCAR drivers who haven’t missed an eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series race stack up against one another in the championship standings after the race at virtual Talladega Superspeedway?

A total of 50 NASCAR drivers have competed in each of the first five races of the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series at virtual Homestead-Miami Speedway, virtual Texas Motor Speedway, virtual Bristol Motor Speedway, virtual Richmond Raceway and virtual Talladega Superspeedway.

But of those 50 drivers, just 23 have competed in each of these five races.

The championship standings, while unofficial because there are technically no points being tallied for this series, have been updated after each race.

However, due to the fact that many — in fact, most — of the 50 drivers who are included in the standings have not competed in all five races, viewing the standings can become confusing when it comes to seeing who has actually performed at what level.

So here is how those 23 full-time drivers and only those 23 full-time drivers stack up against one another in these standings.

Make note of the fact that each driver’s status as a full-time driver has nothing to do with his status as a full-time driver in real-life NASCAR Cup Series competition.

Position – Driver: Points (Behind)
1st – Timmy Hill: 169 (0)
2nd – Garrett Smithley: 147 (-22)
2nd – Ryan Preece: 147 (-22)
4th – William Byron: 144 (-25)
5th – Alex Bowman: 141 (-28)
6th – Landon Cassill: 140 (-29)
7th – Parker Kligerman: 134 (-35)
8th – Denny Hamlin: 118 (-51)
9th – Dale Earnhardt Jr.: 117 (-52)
10th – Kyle Busch: 108 (-61)
11th – John Hunter Nemechek: 104 (-65)
12th – Bobby Labonte: 96 (-73)
13th – Matt DiBenedetto: 92 (-77)
13th – Kurt Busch: 92 (-77)
15th – Ross Chastain: 91 (-78)
16th – Ty Dillon: 87 (-82)
17th – Clint Bowyer: 84 (-85)
18th – Erik Jones: 80 (-89)
19th – Christopher Bell: 76 (-93)
20th – Chase Elliott: 72 (-97)
21st – Chris Buescher: 68 (-101)
22nd – Austin Dillon: 62 (-107)
23rd – Jimmie Johnson: 56 (-113)

Of the 27 drivers who have competed in the series but have not done so in a full-time capacity, most have competed in only one race. Eight have competed in four races, one has competed in three, three have competed in two and the other 15 have competed in just one, with eight doing so in the race at virtual Talladega Superspeedway.

Among the eight drivers who have competed in only four races, Tyler Reddick is the top driver. He sits in 19th place in the championship standings with 78 points, giving him an average of 19.50 points per race. With that average over five races, he would be sitting in 12th.

The one driver who has competed in three races is Kyle Larson, who lost his real-life ride and his iRacing privileges for his use of the N-word just over two weeks ago. He sits in 32nd place in the championship standings with 40 points, giving him an average of 13.33 points per race. With that average over five races, he would be sitting in 22nd.

Among the three drivers who have competed in two races, Ty Majeski is the top driver. He sits in a 33rd place tie in the championship standings with Corey LaJoie with 35 points, giving him an average of 17.50 points per race. With that average over five races, he would be sitting in 16th.

Finally, among the whopping 15 drivers who have competed in only one race, the top driver is Corey LaJoie, who, as mentioned, sits in a 33rd place tie with Ty Majeski in the championship standings with 35 points following a second place finish in his series debut.

His average of 35.00 points per race would make him the leader of the standings had he competed in all five races, but not by much. He would hold just a six-point edge over Timmy Hill (175 to 169) heading into the finale.
