When Brad Keselowski won the longest race in NASCAR history, it was a big win for the primary sponsor of the #2 Ford. But is this the end of the road for Miller Lite?

The Miller Brewing Company, promoting their Miller Lite beer, only signed on with Team Penske to sponsor Brad Keselowski’s #2 Ford for the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway during the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Their sponsorship has decreased from the past few seasons, as they have given up the majority of primary sponsorship to Discount Tire.

Last year, they sponsored Keselowski for nine races. The year before that, they sponsored him for 11 races. Some fans have talked on social media about the decreasing trend of this sponsorship and that this could be the end of a partnership that dates back to 1991 with Team Penske after Rusty Wallace transferred the sponsorship over from Blue Max Racing.

Even Keselowski doesn’t know if his Coca-Cola 600 victory will have marked Miller Lite’s final NASCAR race. Here’s what he had to say after the race in his interview with FOX Sports.

"“I’m really happy for Miller Lite. I don’t know what’s gonna happen with them, if they’re gonna come back on the car or what, but it’s been a great 10-year ride with them. This is their only race of 2020 and we’re in Victory Lane. I know they’re really happy because Miller Lite goes with Memorial Day.”"

Whether Miller Lite ends up returning next season or not, let’s take a look at the legacy they’ve left behind in NASCAR, going all the way back to the 1980s with Bobby Allison.
