NASCAR fans can win a piece of Kyle Busch’s car
By Asher Fair
NASCAR fans will have the opportunity to win a piece of Kyle Busch’s car through a promotion in partnership with M&M’s, the primary sponsor of the #18 Toyota.
M&M’s Messages, first launched in 2020, is set to appear on the race track for the first time ever over the next two NASCAR Cup Series races weekends at Atlanta Motor Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway, with Kyle Busch set to run a special paint scheme on his #18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota in these two races.
The M&M’s Messages car was slated to appear on Busch’s car at Atlanta Motor Speedway last season in celebration of the launch, but that was before the coronavirus pandemic hit and that race was postponed from mid-March to early June. Busch did run an M&M’s Messages car during an iRacing event, however.
Each pack of M&M’s Messages candies features a unique expression delivered by the iconic M&M’S spokescandies to help people connect and find humor in everyday life. As a part of a new promotion involving this partnership, fans will have the chance to get their hands on M&M’s Racing merchandise, including hats and diecasts, signed by the two-time champion.
The grand prize is a signed piece of the #18 car.

To enter, all fans need to do is tweet their favorite expressions found on the 28 unique M&M’S Messages packs, and be sure to use the hashtag #MMSSweepstakes. This promotion runs through Sunday, March 28 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
Busch’s car will feature the message “Thanks for Being as Awesome as I am” in this Sunday’s race at Atlanta Motor Speedway and “I’m not Competitive I Just Hate Losing” in next Sunday’s race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
This year, each pack also includes a code that can be scanned to access a curated M&M’s playlist on Spotify and bring to life better moments and more smiles through the messages featured on the pack with the corresponding music to celebrate.
Here is what Busch had to say about the promotion.
"“What I love about the M&M’S brand, is that they are always looking for ways to connect with and celebrate our fans in fun and interesting ways. We’re huge fans of M&M’S Messages at home, we always enjoy seeing the fun and interesting phrases they have on the packs, where we can share a better moment and a smile together. I wish all our fans the best of luck in the promotion. I will be watching to see what you all are sharing, so I look forward to checking this out.”"
Here is what Allison Miazga-Bedrick, Mars Wrigley Brand Director, had to add.
"“We’re delighted to give M&M’S racing fans an opportunity to win some incredible prizes in celebration of M&M’S Messages appearing on Kyle Busch’s No.18 Toyota Camry. Mars Wrigley is dedicated to creating better moments and more smiles, and we hope that this promotion will help connect and celebrate the NASCAR community.”"
The races at Atlanta Motor Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway are scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 21 at 3:00 p.m. ET and Sunday, March 28 at 3:30 p.m. ET, respectively. Both races are set to be broadcast live on Fox.
