NASCAR: Full championship betting odds at the summer break
By Asher Fair
There are just four races remaining until the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs. How do the championship betting odds look amid the summer break?
The NASCAR Cup Series is nearing the end of a rare stretch of three weeks without a race, thanks to the fact that the 2020 Summer Olympics have been taking place in Tokyo, Japan.
The 22nd race of the 26-race regular season was contested three Sundays ago at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and it resulted in a 13th different winner.
Stewart-Haas Racing’s Aric Almirola became that 13th different winner of the 2021 season by earning his third career victory and his first since winning at Talladega Superspeedway in October 2018. This win was his second as the driver of the #10 Ford.

Assuming there aren’t at least three more first-time winners in the regular season’s final four races, these 13 different winners are set to advance to the four-round, 10-race playoffs.
Four drivers will be eliminated in each of the first three three-race rounds of the playoffs before the championship is decided in the Championship 4, where the best finisher among the four remaining championship contenders is crowned champion.
With so many different winners through 22 races, including just five who have won more than one race, who is listed by WynnBET as the favorite to win the 2021 title, and who is close behind?
Take a look at the updated 2021 NASCAR Cup Series championship odds among the full-time, points eligible drivers.
