Formula 1: 5 possible landing spots for Daniel Ricciardo in 2023

Possible Daniel Ricciardo 2023 landing spots: No. 3 – Alfa Romeo
Speaking of improvement, we have Alfa Romeo. This option is far less likely, considering the money that rookie Guanyu Zhou brings to the table and the fact that he has had a respectable first season in Formula 1 this year. But like Haas, Alfa Romeo would be an option well worth considering for Daniel Ricciardo if it does indeed present itself.
While Zhou has done a solid job in year one, his point tally hasn’t exactly done much to illustrate it, with veteran Valtteri Bottas having outscored him 46-5.
Considering the production from the former Mercedes driver, it’s not far-fetched to think that two veterans could have one of the season’s most improved teams right in the thick of the battle for fourth place in the constructor standings with both Alpine and McLaren.
Ricciardo hasn’t exactly been a points-scoring machine himself at McLaren, having produced just 20% of the team’s point total through 13 races this year.
But a change of scenery could be what he needs to get back on the right track, considering all the drama that has followed him throughout the season. Even last year when he was “struggling”, he finished just two spots behind teammate Lando Norris in the driver standings.
