The Mid-Ohio qualifying session has set the starting grid for the 13th race of the 2017 Verizon IndyCar Series season. Who will roll off in what position tomorrow afternoon?

Team Penske’s Will Power topped this weekend’s IndyCar qualifying session at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio with a top lap time of 64.1720 seconds (126.6721 miles per hour) around the 13-turn, 2.258-mile natural terrain road course to take the pole for the Honda Indy 200. The pole was the 49th of his IndyCar career, tying him for 4th on the all-time list with Bobby Unser.

Power in his Chevrolet car will be joined by teammate Josef Newgarden on the outside of the front row. The other two Team Penske drivers, Helio Castroneves and Simon Pagenaud, will roll off in 5th and 7th place, respectively, as the only other two Chevrolet drivers starting in the top 10.

More from IndyCar

The highest qualifying Honda driver was this year’s Indianapolis 500 champion Takuma Sato, who will roll off in 3rd place aside of fellow Honda driver Graham Rahal tomorrow.

Aside of the Team Penske drivers, the highest qualifying Chevrolet driver was Conor Daly, who qualified 11th but would have been outside of the top 12 had it not been for a penalty issued to Tony Kanaan in the first round of qualifying.

The series lone full-time rookie, Ed Jones, will roll off 15th in his Dale Coyne Racing Honda. Jones’ rookie teammate Esteban Gutierrez will roll off 12th. Mikhail Aleshin, who is making his return for Schmidt Peterson Motorsports, will roll off 21st (last) in his Honda car. Full qualifying results and a starting grid are located at IndyCar.com.
