The fifth oval track race of the 2017 Verizon IndyCar Series season is officially in the books. With just one of the six oval track races remaining, how are the oval track championship standings shaping out?

Coming off of the fifth oval track race of the 2017 IndyCar season at Pocono, Will Power is now on top of the oval track championship standings. Power drives for Team Penske, which is one of only three teams represented in the top 5. Chip Ganassi Racing and Andretti Autosport are the other two.
