NASCAR: Five things we learned from the TicketGuardian 500 at Phoenix

NASCAR fans are the best
Earlier in the week, Matt DiBenedetto was without a sponsor. With this pressure of having just hours to find a sponsor, he took to social media:
Next thing you know, fellow drivers and fans stepped in and managed to find the Go Fas Racing driver a sponsor. On Sunday, DiBenedetto took the Zynga Poker Ford to a 25th place finish, which is a respectable finish for any underfunded race team in the NASCAR Cup Series.
Wrap-Up
The fifth stop on the map for the NASCAR Cup Series is Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. With the streak he is on, it is hard to pick any driver other than Kevin Harvick to win on Sunday.

However, I am going to put my cards on a different driver to win on Sunday. The name that comes to mind is Kyle Larson. Larson has had a quiet 2018 season so far. With 19th, 9th, 3rd and 18th place finishes through the first four races, respectively, so far, it’s time he gets back on track, and this could be the weekend he does so. Another major reason I feel this way could have something to do with the fact he is the defending race winner.
In my opinion, the NASCAR Cup Series is off to one of its most exciting starts to a season, and it’s only just the beginning. The competition is high and we are in for another great race from Fontana, California this weekend.
