A total of 23 drivers are set to compete in the second IndyCar race of the 2018 season at ISM Raceway. Here is a full entry list for the race.

After nearly four weeks off, the drivers of the Verizon IndyCar Series are set to get back in action this Saturday night at ISM Raceway in Avondale, Arizona for the 2018 Desert Diamond West Valley Casino Phoenix Grand Prix, which is the second race of the season.

There have not been any IndyCar races since the season opener back on Sunday, March 11th, when 24 drivers competed in the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida. Sebastien Bourdais won that race in his #18 Honda for Dale Coyne Racing after a controversial finish.

The Phoenix Grand Prix, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 7th, is set to feature 23 drivers, with 20 of those drivers having competed in the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Those 20 drivers make up the entirety of the 2018 season’s full-time driver list.

More from IndyCar

None of the other three drivers who are set to drive at Phoenix this Saturday drove in the season opened at St. Petersburg. However, their cars were driven in the race by other drivers. The only car that was driven at St. Petersburg that is not set to be driven at Phoenix this weekend is the #60 Honda for Michael Shank Racing, which is driven part-time by rookie Jack Harvey and nobody else.

Saturday night’s race is set to consist of 250 laps around the four-turn, 1.022-mile dogleg oval. Simon Pagenaud won the race last season over 20 other drivers, and Scott Dixon won it in the 2016 season over 21 other drivers in the race’s first appearance on the schedule since the 2005 season.
