Kyle Busch has earned 194 victories across NASCAR’s top three series. He is set to enter the 2019 season with his eyes on breaking the all-time wins record.

Kyle Busch first competed in NASCAR in the 2001 Truck Series season when he compete in six of the 24 races on the schedule. He did not compete in any NASCAR series in the 2002 season, but he has competed in at least one NASCAR series on either a part-time basis or a full-time basis in every season since then.

Busch has earned at least one victory in at least one of the Cup Series, the Xfinity Series or the Truck Series in each of the last 16 seasons going back to 2003.

In 498 career Cup Series races, the 33-year-old Las Vegas, Nevada native has earned 51 victories, a total that ranks 11th on the all-time Cup Series wins list. In 345 career Xfinity Series races, he has earned 92 victories, which is by far the all-time Xfinity Series wins record.

Finally, in 145 career Truck Series races, Busch has earned 51 victories, a total that is tied for the all-time Truck Series wins record.

As a result, Busch’s career win total across NASCAR’s top three series in 888 starts is 194. The all-time record is 200. Richard Petty earned 200 career Cup Series victories in 1,185 starts, but he never competed in the Xfinity Series nor the Truck Series.

After earning a total of 11 victories in the 2018 season, including eight Cup Series victories, one Xfinity Series victory and two Truck Series victories, Busch is set to resume his pursuit of the all-time NASCAR wins record this season. He needs to earn at least six victories across these three series to tie the record, and he needs to earn at least one additional victory to break it.

This goal is well within his reach this year.

Busch is set to compete full-time in the Cup Series for the 15th consecutive season this year, and he is set to compete in five Truck Series races as well in what is set to be his 17th overall season and his 16th consecutive season as a part-time driver in the series.

Busch is also set to compete in the Xfinity Series for the 17th consecutive season and for his 14th season as a part-time driver this year, but his schedule for the season has not yet been announced.
