Follow along with our live updates of Saturday qualifying to see who will advance to the Fast Nine Shootout for the 104th running of the Indy 500.

The first of two days of Crown Royal Armed Forces Qualifying for the 104th running of the Indy 500 is scheduled to take place throughout this afternoon to determine which nine IndyCar drivers among the 33 on the entry list are set to advance to tomorrow’s Fast Nine Shootout to make a run at the pole position for this year’s edition of the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing”.

Each driver is slated to make one four-lap qualifying run for this 200-lap race around the four-turn, 2.5-mile (4.023-kilometer) Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval in Speedway, Indiana.

Drivers will have the option to make additional attempts by going in the “Fast Lane” and withdrawing their previous attempts, or by going to the tail end of the regular line and retaining their initial speeds.
